About Me
With more than 20 years as an FBI Special Agent, I led complex investigations, strategic initiatives and crisis operations across the U.S. and abroad. I built and guided diverse teams, solved complex problems, and protected organizations from threats ranging from criminal enterprises to internal vulnerabilities.

I directed hundreds of major operations that include the dismantling violent networks, uncovering insider threats, halting drug pipelines, and exposing corruption schemes that recovered millions in public funds. My human-intelligence expertise enabled me to build trust, gather critical insights, and navigate challenges requiring discretion and sound judgment.

This experience forms the foundation of Miceli Strategy & Risk Advisors. I help organizations strengthen performance, reduce risk, and gain strategic clarity by providing solutions grounded in real-world leadership and operational success.

Beyond my professional work, I founded a nonprofit supporting families of children with rare genetic conditions and continue to coach youth sports, reflecting my commitment to service, mentorship, and community impact.
