About Me
With more than 20 years as an FBI Special Agent, I led complex investigations, strategic initiatives and crisis operations across the U.S. and abroad. I built and guided diverse teams, solved complex problems, and protected organizations from threats ranging from criminal enterprises to internal vulnerabilities.
I directed hundreds of major operations that include the dismantling violent networks, uncovering insider threats, halting drug pipelines, and exposing corruption schemes that recovered millions in public funds. My human intelligence expertise enabled me to build trust, gather critical insights, and navigate challenges requiring discretion and sound judgment.
This experience forms the foundation of Miceli Strategy & Risk Advisors. I help organizations strengthen performance, reduce risk, and gain strategic clarity by providing solutions grounded in real world leadership and operational success.
Beyond my professional work, I founded a nonprofit supporting families of children with rare genetic conditions and continue to coach youth sports, reflecting my commitment to service, mentorship, and community impact.
